Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint Germain will host Premier league side Chelsea which is supposed to be the toughest tie of the quarterfinals in the Champions league this season.

Despite not being regarded as the favorites, both the PSG and Chelsea side are considered to be the underdogs in this seasons Champions league because of the presence of European heavyweights Bayern Munich, and a bit shaky sides Real Madrid and Barcelona.

However, with sufficiently talented players in the team for both the sides, they are sure to push themselves to close ranks in the top and this fixture is ascertained to be a surely tight clash.

PSG side looks to be impressive under Laurent Blanc than ever before and they were only knockout on away goals last year with the hands of Barcelona in the quarterfinal stages last year. Despite lacking a proper center forward in the team, Chelsea still looks vulnerable in the finishing roles while a need a central midfielders still looks like a requirement. However, with extraordinary skills of the finest manager in the world Jose Mourinho would surely do some wonders to put his side at the top of the European ranks.

Chelsea might not look extraordinary with their starting XI but suffice to say, they’re sure to provide a stiff competition and surpass the expectations of every viewers as they did with a champions league title beating Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the last stages of the competitions, two seasons back.

With PSG likely to play with controlling position, Mourinho side does not seem to be much bothered with their defensive form of play. However, with the energetic presence of Willian and runners like Ramires, brutal counter attacks can become costly for the French side and if they get lucky to avoid some punishments from Ibrahimovic, the game is sure to turn on their favors.
